AVA Art Center invites teens ages 13–19 to join us for an immersive, hands-on art workshop designed to help young artists prepare their personal artwork for the upcoming WRAP-Teen Exhibit in April.
This special event offers students the opportunity to explore a wide variety of art forms including acrylics, watercolors, drawing, wheel throwing, mosaics, pastels, and more. Teens will work alongside experienced artists from our AVA nonprofit art group, receiving mentorship, creative guidance, and technical support tailored to their individual artistic goals.
Whether a student already has a project in mind or wants to experiment with something new, our studio provides the space, materials, and encouragement to bring their ideas to life. We also offer recycled art projects using colorful plastic bottle caps — a fun and environmentally conscious way to create something truly unique.
Frames are available if needed, helping students prepare their work for exhibition display.
This workshop is about more than creating art — it’s about building confidence, developing skills, and celebrating young creative voices in our community.
