Journey Into Summer

Origami – REGISTER HERE  for June 3rd

Come explore the ways paper can be folded to become so many different sculptures! You will learn basic folds and create several different pieces. This class is open to children who have just completed K-2nd grades. There is a limit of 6 students. The cost is $5 per child. All materials will be provided.

Monoprinting–  REGISTER HERE  for June 10th

There will be no limit to the vast array of results you will get when creating a monoprint!  You will spend the first part of class time creating multiple prints, then find creative ways to use these monoprints in one or more collages. This class is open to children who have just completed grades 3-5. There is a limit of 6 students. The cost is $5 per child. All materials will be provided.

Acrylic Painting – REGISTER HERE  for June 17th

You will have the opportunity to explore multiple techniques used to create an acrylic painting on canvas, all while applying a bit of color mixing and color theory to your work. This class is open to children who have just completed grades 6-8. There is a limit of 6 students. The cost is $5 per child. All materials will be provided

Glass Etching – REGISTER HERE  for June 24th

Several images will be provided for you to choose from as you progress through each of the steps necessary in creating a glass etching. This class is open to students who have just completed grades 9-12. There is a limit of 6 students. The cost is $5 per child. All materials will be provided.
