Our recent AWA WRAP Antigo Regional Workshop, held on May 10th, was a joyful celebration of creativity and community! Taking place on the second floor of the Langlade County Historical Museum, this hands-on event was led by artists Nancy Leder and Vicki Eldridge. As participants arrived to pick up their work from the Antigo Regional WRAP Exhibit, they were also invited to roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of rock painting.
With a colorful array of supplies and idea sheets provided, attendees explored their imaginations by decorating both solid-colored and natural rocks. From whimsical patterns to thoughtful designs, each piece was a reflection of personal expression—and the results were truly inspiring!
In addition to the workshop, artists had the chance to drop off submissions for our upcoming Spring Symphony of Color Art Show, which promises to bring even more vibrance to our community.
A big thank you to Nancy, Vicki, and all who participated for making this event such a creative success. Take a look at some of the beautiful rock art below—we can’t wait to see what you create next!
