🌟 **Event Recap: Jill McNutt’s Art Therapy Session** 🌟

Last evening, at our Antigo Visual Arts membership meeting held at the Antigo Public Library, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jill McNutt, an esteemed Art Therapist from the Madison area, to our center. Jill led an engaging and insightful session on the therapeutic practices of scribbles and neurographic art.

🎨 **Scribbles and Neurographic Art Practices** 🎨
Jill introduced us to these unique art therapy methods, explaining how they can be used to help individuals express and process their emotions. It was a hands-on experience, with all participants getting the chance to try both techniques. The session provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to explore their creativity while learning about the benefits of these practices.

🧠 **Discussion on Mental Health** 🧠
In addition to the art activities, we delved into a meaningful discussion about mental health issues in the United States. Jill shared her insights on the challenges facing the mental health community and highlighted the critical need for more support and resources.

A big thank you to Jill McNutt for sharing her expertise and passion with us. Your visit was both enlightening and inspiring!
